THE 2022 SURREALIST CABARET
It is with great elation and also grief that we announce our FINAL Surrealist Cabaret. After 15 years of gathering for autumnal magic, we will perform our final shows on October 7th and 8th at Park Hill Orchard at 6:00 p.m. Together, we will celebrate this project and bring it to a close.
Chock full of the strange, sparkling, hilarious, ethereal magic that audiences have come to expect, we'll be saying goodbye in style to our beloved Cabaret as we know it. Old favorites and new faces will be there, sending stories, songs, and sculpture into the night air like a fire’s sparks. Expect to leave with a full apple-tinged heart bursting with sequins from this ritual for a new era, to collectively grieve all that has been lost these past few years and celebrate all that will emerge from this liminal and transformative time.
The performance will be a stationary/seated show in order to safely distance to reduce risk of Covid (so bring blankets and cushions!). While at the show we encourage you to mask, distance, and stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. As always we believe this is an intergenerationally appropriate performance and animals and photography are not allowed at the show.
